Lesson Cancellation Policy
- Lessons that are cancelled within 24 hours will have no charge.
- Lessons that are cancelled less than 24 hours will incur a charge of 80% of the lesson fee.
- Lessons that clients do not turn up for and do not notify us will be charged the full price of the lesson fee.
*Please note that all pre paid lessons and lesson vouchers have a 6 month validation period, unless otherwise agreed with Mark. |
